A Next-Generation Wireless System from Rear View Safety
Rear View Safety (RVS), a Clarience Technologies company, has announced the rollout of its upgraded AirVue system. Engineerd to reduce blind-spot collisions and improve driver situational awareness, the enhanced platform expands camera connectivity to support up to six channels, combining three wired and three wireless camera feeds around commercial trucks and trailers.
The updated system incorporates advanced proximity sensors that provide real-time obstacle detection with an eight-foot range behind the vehicle during reverse maneuvers. To streamline fleet operations during drop-and-hook procedures, the AirVue platform features proprietary Pairing-over-Power technology.
This capability enables automatic, buttonless camera-to-monitor pairing across the vehicle’s electrical circuit, allowing drivers to switch trailers quickly without manual setup routines.

Housed in heavy-duty enclosures designed for commercial transport environments, the system delivers high-definition video feeds to support parking, tight maneuvering, and highway lane changes. For North American motor carriers and logistics fleets, the upgraded platform offers a practical tool to mitigate low-speed backing damage and streamline multi-trailer fleet management.
