Protecting indoor finished flooring from tire scuffs, MAXAM Tire expands its solid OTR lineup with a clean-running compound.

MAXAM Tire has expanded its solid skid steer product family with the release of the MS705 NM, a non-marking iteration of its popular MS705 series engineered for indoor construction applications and sensitive jobsite surfaces. Built on a 3-stage, 100% rubber construction with a shock-absorbing aperture sidewall design, the tire features internal steel ring reinforcement to eliminate wheel slip along with a heat-resistant center compound. The solid design prevents flat tires from punctures or sidewall tears while eliminating routine air pressure checks.

For commercial fleet operators, equipment rental yards, and OTR tire service dealers, the non-marking solid option delivers zero-maintenance uptime on finished concrete and indoor jobsite floors.

According to MAXAM Tire representatives, the MS705 NM allows equipment managers to match skid steer tires directly to jobsite floor protection requirements without sacrificing load capacity or tread life.
