HDAW 2025: MAHLE presents advanced product and service portfolio for heavy-duty vehicles

MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility (formerly MAHLE Aftermarket) will feature its latest products and service solutions for heavy-duty, agricultural and industrial applications in booth #317 at the 2025 Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW). Of note will be the company’s advanced portfolio of heavy-duty engine kits, including CLEVITE, BEHR and MAHLE branded products, rotating electric and shop service equipment. MAHLE products and service solutions are engineered to optimize repair capabilities for technicians and shop owners. This year’s HDAW exhibit will take place January 20th to January 23rd at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.

Manufactured to OE form, fit and function, CLEVITE heavy-duty engine kits are designed for a variety of popular equipment and include all the parts needed to complete a repair including high-quality pistons, bearings, MAHLE gaskets and BEHR thermostats. Of note, MAHLE MONOTHERM® pistons are single-piece forged steel pistons that eliminate the need for a skirt to simplify installation while at the same time ensuring superior endurance and performance.

MAHLE’s range of rotating electric components, including starter motors, alternators and electric motors, are engineered to meet the demands of a variety of today’s high-end passenger and commercial vehicles as well as agricultural and industrial applications. “From AC and DC electric motors for hydraulics and forklifts to cutting-edge alternators for a variety of electrification needs for industrial and agricultural applications, MAHLE is positioned to meet the service needs of the equipment of today as well as the future of e-mobility,” said Sergio Copriva, Head of Powertrain and Mechatronics, MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility North America.

Lastly, several MAHLE Service Solutions’ equipment will be highlighted at this year’s HDAW including the MAHLE ArcticPRO® ACX2280 (R1234yf) A/C refrigerant handling system, the FluidPRO® BFX-20 brake fluid flush system, the ShopPRO® CAJ-25 axle jack, and CSS-35 35 ton vehicle support stands.
