Foss Group Unifies Retail, Fleet, and Mobility Ventures Under One Banner
Consolidating dealership, national leasing, and tech investment arms under a single parent entity positions Foss Group to manage the complete vehicle lifecycle across Canadian markets.
Multi-generational Canadian automotive company Foss announced the official launch of the Foss Group of Companies, consolidating its retail, fleet management, mobility technology, and real estate assets into a unified corporate structure. The alignment comes as commercial fleets and automotive retailers navigate trade tariffs, supply chain adjustments, and EV transition pressures across Canada.
The restructured organization integrates four core divisions, led by Roy Foss—operating three Greater Toronto Area dealership locations—and Foss National Leasing, Canada’s largest independent fleet management company, which oversees more than 50,000 vehicles through regional offices in Toronto, Laval, Calgary, and Vancouver. The portfolio is completed by Foss Ventures, focusing on mobility technology investments, and Foss Real Estate, which manages the group's physical property footprint.
According to executive leadership, integrating these business units aligns vehicle sourcing, funding, operational management, and remarketing on a national scale. The corporate umbrella establishes a platform for expanding rooftop locations and fleet volumes ahead of the company's 65th anniversary in 2027.
