Holman Takes Full Control of ARIZA to Unify North American Network

Creating a single management platform across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico, automotive leader Holman acquires full ownership of its former joint-venture ARIZA.

Global fleet management provider Holman has acquired 100 percent ownership of ARIZA, its former 50/50 joint venture with Corporacion Zapata established in 1995. Following the transaction, the ARIZA brand name will be retired as operations transition under the unified Holman global identity.

For multi-national fleet directors, corporate procurement teams, and cross-border commercial carriers, the acquisition simplifies continental fleet administration by consolidating account management, reporting systems, and vehicle leasing structures across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Originally created to help commercial enterprises manage cross-border operational requirements, ARIZA provided fleet consulting, leasing, and maintenance services across the Mexican market. All physical sites, client interfaces, and digital assets will complete rebranding under the Holman banner.
