Applications Open for 2025 Top Fleet Employers Program

Trucking HR Canada is now accepting applications for the 2025 Top Fleet Employers program. The deadline to submit applications is February 14, 2025. Attend an upcoming information webinar to get the process started.

What it is – The TFE program recognizes and celebrates excellence in HR policies and practices in the trucking and logistics industry. Applications undergo a rigorous review process, but only the best are recognized as Top Fleet Employers and are entitled to use the TFE designation for marketing and employee recruitment campaigns.

Why TFE? TFE designation sets fleets apart from their competitors. TFE status enhances company image by spotlighting fleets that offer an attractive, positive, and growth-minded working environment. TFEs are leading the way in promoting trucking and logistics as a sector with opportunities for rewarding, long-term career.

How it works — TFE is not a competition—it’s recognition for a high level of excellence in HR policies and practices. All applications are evaluated against established HR standards by expert assessors. Organizations that meet or exceed the criteria earn the right to be called a Top Fleet Employer.

Who can apply – All Canadian-based small, medium, large, and private/fleet services are eligible to apply to the TFE program.
