ARI-hetra Appoints John Strittholt as Chief Financial Officer

ARI Phoenix, Inc. (d/b/a ARI-hetra), a leading U.S. manufacturer of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance equipment, announces the appointment of John Strittholt as Chief Financial Officer.

A seasoned financial leader with strong regional ties, Strittholt joins the ARI-hetra executive team during a period of significant growth and strategic investment. In his role as CFO, he will lead corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, and capital strategy to support the company’s long-term pursuit of growth and excellence.

"We are thrilled to welcome John to our leadership team," said CEO Gary Hudson. "His proven ability to drive financial discipline, operational clarity, and sustainable growth across multiple industries makes him the right leader to help guide our next chapter."

Prior to joining ARI Phoenix, Strittholt built a strong foundation in public accounting and corporate finance. He spent more than a decade in senior audit roles before moving into executive finance leadership positions within growth-oriented organizations, where he oversaw accounting, financial planning and analysis, and treasury functions. He is widely recognized for combining disciplined financial stewardship with the strategic agility required to scale mid-sized organizations and support long-term, sustainable growth.

Strittholt earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Joseph University, where he pitched for the Lions, and he maintains his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

“I’m honored to join ARI-hetra and contribute to a company known for dependable products, strong customer relationships, and deep community roots,” said Strittholt. “I look forward to partnering with the team to strengthen financial performance, support continued innovation, and invest in the people and operations that drive long-term success.”
