Amerit Doubles Down on Canadian Growth

Amerit Fleet Solutions has expanded its Canadian footprint with the acquisition of Mississauga-based Triple Diamond Truck and Trailer Repair. The transaction builds on Amerit’s ongoing investment in the Canadian fleet maintenance sector following its acquisition of transport refrigeration specialist Pro Reefer earlier this year.

Triple Diamond is an MTO-certified commercial truck and trailer repair provider operating out of a 24,000-square-foot, 16-bay service facility in Mississauga, Ontario. The acquisition formally unifies Triple Diamond and Pro Reefer under one corporate structure, combining heavy-duty mechanical repair capacity with specialized transport refrigeration services.

“Triple Diamond Truck and Trailer Repair has officially joined the Pro Reefer family,” said Thomas Vandermeer, CEO & President of Pro Reefer. “While this marks an important milestone for our organization, it also formalizes a relationship that has existed for years. As sister companies, we have always shared the same commitment to exceptional service.”

“Pro Reefer has continued to demonstrate its market leadership, customer focus, and operational excellence, making it a best-in-class acquisition platform for the Canadian market on behalf of Amerit,” added Adam Lev, Vice President of Corporate Development at Amerit Fleet Solutions.

For Canadian commercial fleet managers, cross-border carriers, and logistics operators, the merger provides expanded wrench-time capacity, OEM-certified technician support, and streamlined maintenance solutions across Ontario’s freight corridors.
