International Motors Honours 2024 Dealers of the Year
International Motors, LLC* ("International") announced the International and IC Bus Dealer of the Year award winners at its annual dealer meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. The dealers, which are evaluated and awarded on a variety of criteria, gathered to celebrate the past year and look ahead at the year to come.
"The annual dealer meeting is such an exciting time for all of us at International," said Dan Kayser, executive vice president, Commercial Operations, International. "Our industry moves so quickly, so it's important to reflect on and celebrate the success of the previous year. Our truck and bus dealers are true partners who are dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to International customers."
The 2024 Dealer of the Year award winners were selected based on their performance in several criteria, such as parts sales, truck sales, S13® Integrated Powertrain sales and service dwell time. Other criteria such as growth in key areas like market share, customer experience survey results and use of International Financial are additional data points used to make Dealer of the Year selections.

All of Glover's locations were Prestige Certified for 2024 as well as all locations achieving a perfect customer response rate. They exceeded their targets for parts sales, had a customer experience score that was roughly 8% higher than the average for the dealer body as a whole. In addition, Glover's leadership on councils and committees was invaluable in 2024.
