Roadside Assistance 2.0 with Continental Tires and Atrium Solutions

Continental Tire has partnered with Canadian technology provider Atrium Solutions to deploy a digital Emergency Road Service (ERS) management platform across its commercial fleet service network. The initiative addresses growing demand among commercial motor carriers for connected, transparent, and data-driven roadside assistance solutions.

The digital platform replaces traditional manual dispatch processes with a centralized workflow powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated communications. By connecting fleet dispatchers, drivers, and commercial tire service providers in real time, the platform speeds up roadside response times, standardizes service event tracking, and delivers actionable performance analytics to minimize vehicle downtime.

“This is more than a technology deployment, it represents the continued evolution of the commercial fleet service industry, said Todd Richardson, President & CEO of Atrium Solutions. Continental Tire recognizes that the future of emergency road service lies in intelligent platforms that connect people, automate workflows, and transform operational data into actionable insights. We're excited to be part of that future and look forward to helping fleets operate more efficiently than ever before.”

For Canadian commercial fleet managers and transport operators, the integration of Atrium’s digital workflow within Continental’s commercial ecosystem offers enhanced operational visibility, better expense tracking, and faster turnaround times during critical roadside tire and mechanical service events.
