Jeep Brand Appoints Bob Broderdorf to CEO

The Jeep® brand announced Bob Broderdorf as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Broderdorf, who previously served as senior vice president and head of Jeep brand for North America, has more than 25 years of experience leading iconic American brands, including Ram and Dodge. He has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability through strong dealer relationships, breakthrough marketing and strategic go-to-market planning.

Broderdorf succeeds previous Jeep Brand CEO Antonio Filosa, who will continue to oversee the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands in his position as America's regions chief operating officer (COO) of Stellantis.

“We are thrilled to appoint Bob to drive the legendary Jeep brand forward during this transformational time,” said Filosa, America’s regions COO, Stellantis. “Having had the pleasure working closely with him over the years, I couldn’t be more confident in Bob’s leadership. Since November 2024 alone, Bob has grown Jeep brand market share by 16% and reduced inventory by over 30% in the U.S. The growth plan Bob established for North America has set a strong foundation to launch into 2025, and I look forward to continuing to work alongside him to introduce more Jeep vehicles globally than ever before.”

Broderdorf will head a new leadership team for the Jeep brand, merging North America and global operations into one group managing sales, operations, product, communications and marketing. This includes the appointment of Mike Koval to the role of senior vice president and head of sales operations for the brand. Most recently, Koval was the senior vice president of Mopar in North America and previously served as CEO of Ram where he oversaw consistent years of sales success and market share growth.

“I’m honoured to step into the Jeep brand CEO role to build upon the strong foundation established by Antonio and the team,” said Broderdorf, Jeep brand CEO. “Leading a brand with such a rich history is both a privilege and a responsibility. This year, we will strengthen the brand with a strategic investment of over $3 billion across the business to rebuild trust with our dealers and introduce new products that will resonate with our customers. I look forward to working closely with our talented team to drive a transformative evolutution for the Jeep brand.”
