Roadside Assistance 2.0 with Continental Tires and Atrium Solutions

Continental Tire has partnered with Canadian technology provider Atrium Solutions to deploy a digital Emergency Road Service (ERS) management platform across its commercial fleet service network. The initiative addresses growing demand among commercial motor carriers for connected, transparent, and data-driven roadside assistance solutions.

The digital platform replaces traditional manual dispatch processes with a centralized workflow powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated communications. By connecting fleet dispatchers, drivers, and commercial tire service providers in real time, the platform speeds up roadside response times, standardizes service event tracking, and delivers actionable performance analytics to minimize vehicle downtime.
