New Brand Identity at Samsara
Samsara, a primary supplier of connected vehicle technology and fleet telematics across North America, has unveiled a comprehensive brand refresh. Marking its first major visual update in over a decade, the platform has replaced its traditional electric blue scheme with high-visibility safety yellow, accompanied by a redesigned owl logo and capitalized typography.
The rebranding reflects Samsara’s transition from a core telematics hardware provider into a broader Connected Operations Platform leveraging "Physical AI." Designed in consultation with fleet managers, equipment operators, and Customer Advisory Board members, the visual identity aligns directly with heavy transport, construction, energy, and field service workflows.
“We drew the new visual identity from worksites, truck cabs, and field operations, so that the identity reflected the reality of their work: bold, grounded, and physically tactile, just like the worksite,” said Meagen Eisenberg, Chief Marketing Officer at Samsara.
Originally founded in 2015, Samsara reported reaching $2 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR), growing at a 30% year-over-year pace. The company’s AI-powered safety coaching, Multicam video tools, and asset tracking capabilities now generate approximately $150 million in ARR.
For Canadian motor carriers, commercial fleets, and construction operators, the brand evolution underscores the ongoing integration of automated AI agents into daily shop, dispatch, and compliance workflows.
