Titan Unveils Cost-Conscious ForestEDGE Tire Line

Aiming to deliver operational relief to timber harvesting networks and industrial fleet managers, Titan International, Inc. has officially launched the Titan ForestEDGE tire line.

Developed specifically for heavy machinery including skidders and feller bunchers, this new off-the-road (OTR) product line expands the manufacturer’s vocational portfolio, serving as a high-value, budget-conscious alternative to complement their established premium Goodyear Logger Lug options.

Forestry applications present some of the most destructive operating environments for commercial industrial tires. To mitigate jobsite downtime and prevent catastrophic failures, the ForestEDGE line integrates a heavy-duty steel-belt package designed to deflect severe impacts from stumps, jagged rocks, and logging slash. This structural reinforcement is paired with a specialized, robust rubber compound formulated to resist chunking and cutting while ensuring stable wear characteristics over an extended service life.

For commercial tire distributors and heavy-duty fleet operators managing remote operations across Canada, this launch provides a practical, field-validated asset engineered to lower overall fleet operating costs. Titan’s engineering and pricing teams noted that the tire's development involved direct collaboration with loggers and dealers to target specific durability shortcomings found in standard entry-level OTR solutions.

The Titan ForestEDGE line is available for immediate order fulfillment through authorized dealer channels in 30.5L-32 and DH35.5L-32 sizes. Additionally, the manufacturer has opened pre-orders for the 24.5-32 size configuration, with commercial deliveries scheduled to commence during the third quarter of the year.
