TSD Mobility Solutions Acquires Fleet Management Company Fleetlane

TSD Mobility Solutions, the leading software provider for rental car companies and automotive dealerships, today announced the acquisition of Fleetlane, a cloud-based loaner fleet management software company, serving automotive dealerships, rental agencies, and automotive repair shops. TSD is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reynolds and Reynolds.

Based in Montreal, Quebec, Fleetlane provides a world-class experience for dealers in vehicle management, back-office operations, and customer service, offering both English and French support. Fleetlane’s product development has dealerships and automotive retailers in mind and translates to a seamless experience for their end customers, increasing satisfaction and customer loyalty.

“We’re excited to bring Fleetlane into the TSD family and offer French-speaking support to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and dealers in Canada,” said Shawn Concannon, TSD president. “Adding Fleetlane to TSD’s portfolio will expand our technology offering in the marketplace and strengthen our fleet management solution.”

With a wide range of integrated and easy to use features, such as E-Signatures, telematics, planning tools, and DMS integrations, Fleetlane has been recognized by several OEM endorsements and raving reviews by their customer base, not only for the quality of their product but also an incredible and responsive support team.

“We’re thrilled to expand our footprint by bringing Fleetlane under our umbrella,” concluded Concannon. “Fleetlane’s solution is built with and for car dealerships, which is a philosophy TSD shares. Adding Fleetlane to TSD’s offering is a win-win for our customers and the industry, and I’m excited to see the growth that follows.”
