STTC Deploys Atrium AI Platform for Commercial Roadside Service

Service Tire Truck Centers (STTC), one of the leading commercial tire and fleet service networks in the United States, has officially launched the Atrium Emergency Road Service (ERS) AI Platform across its regional operations.

The corporate rollout represents a significant shift toward digital automation within the heavy-duty roadside assistance sector.

By replacing traditional, phone-based call center workflows with intelligent software routing, the Atrium ecosystem connects stranded truck drivers, fleet dispatchers, and mobile service technicians in under 15 seconds. The automated dispatch architecture utilizes machine learning to identify the nearest qualified service unit, communicate vehicle diagnostic specifications, and provide end-to-end transparency with real-time ETA tracking.

“STTC is the first major U.S. commercial tire dealer network to launch on the platform, creating new opportunities for fleets already relying on Atrium to manage roadside events,” stated Todd Richardson, CEO & President of Atrium Solutions. The integration process is starting immediately with a select group of early-adopter facilities and will expand sequentially to include additional STTC service locations throughout the summer.

This technological partnership targets chronic fleet inefficiencies, directly reducing vehicle downtime on major freight corridors through faster response synchronization and digitized service tracking.
